cleansing system

The heart of our system is the patented rotating cylinders which provide a high pressure, low volume water spray for fast, effective hand washing. Water and our CHG based solution are sprayed onto the hands for 10 seconds through 20 high pressure nozzles. These nozzles are located throughout the cylinder to clean and sanitize from fingertip to wrist.

Fingertip Nozzles – Positioned in the bottom of the cylinder to spray directly onto the fingertips and under the fingernails. The fingertip areas are commonly missed during manual hand and glove washing even though they often have the most contact with products and patients.

Cylindrical Nozzles – Positioned in a spiral pattern down the cylinder wall. When fingers are slightly spread, these nozzles also clean between the fingers and the thumb, another commonly missed area of manual hand and glove washing.

Fan Spray Nozzles – Forming a ring at the top of the cylinders to add additional rinse volume and minimize water splashout.

Nozzle diameter, spray pattern, position in the cylinder, and fan spray orientation have been extensively researched and tested to determine the most effective combination.

Our systems are engineered to use 75% less water and to produce 75% less waste discharge. Also designed to conserve sanitizing solution by introducing a precisely monitored amount of CHG with every 10 second cycle, Resurgent's products save time and money without sacrificing efficacy
